Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

North Apps is a business based in the city of Salta, Argentina, that creates digital products. Contact: northapps.contact@proton.me.

2. What we sell

Digital products: ebooks, kits and guides in PDF format. We'll add apps later on. This website is a showcase: each product is purchased in its own store, which you reach with the "See product" button.

3. Purchase and payment

  • The price, currency, what each product includes and its terms of sale are shown in that product's store at the time of purchase.
  • Outside Argentina, you pay by credit card or Google Pay through the payment processor shown at checkout. In Argentina, payments are made with Mercado Pago.
  • Payment details are handled by the payment processor. North Apps does not see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with access to download the files. There are no physical shipments. If you don't receive the email, write to us and we'll resend it.

5. Guarantee and refunds

You have 7 calendar days from your purchase to request a refund. The conditions are in our refund policy.

6. License

  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the material.
  • You may print the material as often as you need for your own use or for the people you work with.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, or present them as your own.
  • Texts, designs and images belong to North Apps or are used under license.

7. Scope of the material

Our products are support tools. Kits for professionals do not replace training, professional judgment or supervision, and they are not a diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or standardized tests.

8. Liability

We review our content carefully, but it may contain errors or omissions. If you find one, let us know and we'll fix it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Nothing in them limits the rights that consumer protection law in your country grants you.
